Detail of the Crawler Scissor Lift
We received this inquiry from the customer from Australia on https://www.dflift.com/ in July. The customer wanted a crawler with a lifting height of 5m and non-marking tracks. After I sent him the quotation, the customer quickly confirmed the order and arranged payment. Our communication was smooth and harmonious.
We test our products before delivery to ensure that all equipment performs well. During transportation, we used wooden crates to pack the crawler scissor lift and used special fixing devices to firmly fix the crawler lifts on the base plate of the crates to prevent them from shaking or tilting. Ultimately, the crawler lifts were delivered to the customer in perfect condition.
This was the first time for customer to imported from China, and he was not familiar with the customs clearance process. I recommended him our cooperative freight forwarder in Australia and he helped my customer clear the customs. The customer was very satisfied with it.
