The customer is based in the UAE and operates a multinational enterprise. The original destination for the delivery was Saudi Arabia, but due to the situation in the Red Sea, the customer’s project in Saudi Arabia was affected, and the final destination was changed to Dubai. To assist with the customer’s future equipment maintenance and repair needs, we provided a batch of spare parts. The end customer has successfully received the equipment and is now proficient in operating the lifts.
