The scissor lift work principle

The hydraulic oil is formed by the vane pump to a certain pressure. The oil filter, the explosion-proof electromagnetic reversing valve, the throttle valve, the hydraulic control check valve and the balance valve enter the lower end of the liquid cylinder, so that the piston of the liquid cylinder moves upward, lifting the weight. The oil returning from the upper end of the liquid cylinder is returned to the fuel tank through the explosion-proof electromagnetic reversing valve, and the rated pressure is adjusted through the overflow valve, and the pressure gauge reading value is observed through the pressure gauge.

The piston of the cylinder moves downwards (both heavy objects drop). The hydraulic oil enters the upper end of the liquid cylinder through the explosion-proof electromagnetic reversing valve, and the oil returning to the fuel tank is returned to the fuel tank through the balance valve, the hydraulic control check valve, the throttle valve and the explosion-proof electromagnetic reversing valve. In order to make the weight drop smoothly, the brake is safe and reliable, and a balance valve is arranged on the oil return road to balance the circuit and maintain the pressure so that the descending speed is not changed by the heavy object, and the flow rate is adjusted by the throttle valve to control the lifting speed.

In order to make the brake safe and reliable, prevent accidents, increase the hydraulic control check valve, that is, the hydraulic lock, to ensure safe self-locking when the hydraulic line accidentally bursts. An overloaded voice alarm is installed to distinguish between overload or equipment failure. The electronic control system can control the rotation of the motor through the explosion-proof button, make the explosion-proof electromagnetic reversing valve reverse direction, to keep the load up or down, and adjust the time delay amount through the “LOGO” program to avoid the frequent start of the motor. The lifting is not flexible, the card machine phenomenon, and prolonging the service life.
