After communicating with the customer for a month, he confirmed the model he wanted to buy. We also supported the customer's payment terms (letter of credit). The whole communication process was smooth.
After the machine was completed, we immediately arranged for shipment. It took about 27 days to arrive at the Karachi port. After the goods arrived at the port, because the destination port charges far exceeded the customer's budget, he contacted us to inquire about the charging standards. After a few days of communication, we confirmed that the destination port charges were indeed much higher than the normal standard, and helped the customer reduce the fee.
