We received this inquiry on our website (www.dflift.com) in October 2023. The customer was interested in a stationary scissor lift. After confirming the parameters, I provided the customer with a drawing and quotation. Following several months of discussions, the customer finally decided to purchase two units in April 2024.
The delivery time was approximately one month. Once the goods were ready, I sent pictures and videos to the customer, who was very satisfied. I then promptly arranged shipping and sent the goods to Poland. Since the customer is from Europe and required CE certification for customs clearance, the process was smooth as we have CE certification.
The customer received the goods shortly after and was very pleased with our product. He even inquired about our other products. I look forward to a second collaboration with him.
